At Trainzy.in, we operates a strict no-refunds policy for all purchased paid courses / test series. Once a course / test series purchase is confirmed, payment cannot be refunded. This policy applies to all courses, test series irrespective of the price, duration or the learner's progress within the course.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription before making any payment towards the purchase of course / test series
Free Mock Tests: Free mock tests are non-refunded as they are complimentary.
Free RBI Circulars: Free RBI Circulars interpretation are non-refunded as they are complimentary.
